The Free-Half of Social Security
The congress of 1935 apparently disguised half of the total SS-Tax from transparent view of tax payers. It was a subtle maneuver upon the American people, who were probably without comprehension of the Social Security program's true cost. Perhaps this was done to make citizens think they were getting a good-deal from the New Deal?
Based upon our wages, the matching-half of Social Security and Medicare tax is paid free, by the companies we work for. That's a good deal for all workers, or is it?
ECON-101: Since nothing is truly free, companies always build the actual cost of matching-taxes for employees into retail prices of all goods and services. Consequently, as an inescapable result, all Americans must pay that 'free' component; which is equivalent to an invisible sales tax.
No living American man, woman or child; working, retired, unemployed, on-welfare or disabled is immune or safe from making this payment on the so-called free-half of Social Security taxes. All of our lives, we must pay this additional and hidden tax burden in the form of increased costs for a gallon of milk, loaf of bread, fuel, utilities, and medical expenses.
But even after our deaths, the federal govenment performs a final insult. As our heirs spend inherited money, Uncle Sam again indirectly collects taxes, by the invisible retail 'free-half' of Social Security tax.
Please understand the true scope of this insidious tax, because the complete list is virtually endless.
Moreover, all self employed small business owners must directly pay both halves of their SS-Tax, for a total of 12.4 %. Such business owners always pass their total and entire SS-Tax burden directly on to their customers.
Please let your thoughts flow and grasp the big-picture of exactly what is being presented about our Social Security tax scheme. The buck stops with the consumer, who must pay all SS-taxes; both directly through payroll deductions and indirectly through increased costs of goods and services.
A favorite tactic of politicians is to tax corporations and businesses and then promote those taxes as 'free' to the public; who for the most part, likes the idea of gouging businesses. Consequently, the so-called 'matching half' of Social Security tax is akin to taxing the oil companies. Who do you think truly pays the direct federal taxes on oil companies?
Rewards of Ending Social Security
Why does the SS staff nationwide receive premium salaries and fine Civil Service retirements, which are far superior to that of most Americans?
Why are there so many well staffed and fine SS office facilities in most small cities?
Moreover, why has Social Security management not used the Internet to do the bulk of all business, instead?
Where does such a staggering amount of Social Security tax money go, to produce so little in return?
Social Security must be one of the largest industries on Earth, without any real product. Instead, Social Security is the government's designated agent in a massive wealth transfer scheme. Such a behemoth federal organization requires a substantial support budget for its administrative complex.
Social Security employs an administrative complex; consisting of salaries, pensions, office buildings, furniture, main-frame computers, general operating expenses and supplies; which is cutting a big slice of the pie from our SS-Tax pool. Consequently, the Social Security administrative complex is yet another anti-American ideal, which is a socialistic drain on the economic prosperity of all Americans.
By dollars paid, the U.S. Social Security* program is the largest government program in the world and the single greatest expenditure in the federal budget, with 20.8% for social security, compared to 20.5% for discretionary defense and 20.1% for Medicare/Medicaid. Social Security is currently the largest social insurance program in the U.S., constituting 37% of government expenditure and 7% of the gross national product"; (of the entire United States.)

Americans over age 31 should be kept aboard the Social Security program, either in full or partial participation. Therefore, as the numbers of remaining recipients trend down due to mortality, administration costs of the SS system can and must be slashed. The consequences of this will produce an efficiency jump for the remainder of the program and save great amounts of money. The current Social InSecurity system should be programmed to end after the last group of beneficiaries has deceased.
Please accept apologies for vainly attempting to use inadequate words like 'gargantuan', 'behemoth', 'monstrous' and 'beast' to characterize the infrastructure of SS, which is of truly world class scale or dimensions.
USA Founded as a Republic
The United States of America was founded as a republic, which was a capitalistic society of free enterprise and individual responsibility. The new nation had a strong business community of proud and free individuals. Moreover, capitalism is the engine of growth and prosperity, which has steadfastly made America great.
However, America has been steadily drifting toward a hybrid form of socialistic representative democracy, which has caused an insidious and ominous erosion of our precious liberties. Most Americans don't comprehend that; Socialism is merely a different thread in the same evil cloth, as Fascism and Communism. Thus Socialism, which is anti-American, strives for a strong police state; with outright robbery of the individual wealth and personal freedoms of others.
By clever use of federal tax laws, Socialists parasitically leech onto their fellow American citizens. Their enacted tax policies buy political votes and steal money from other Americans, who have studied well and hard; to work, produce, invest, make business and succeed in this life. Moreover; such political activities of the socialists, rob prosperity and quality of life from their very own neighbors.
Marxist ideals, of the government collective, spring from the bowels of European Socialism. But those repugnant ideals constitute an alien attack against the free American principals and values of our nation's founding fathers. Moreover, it is truly amazing just how much delusion that a Social Security check can buy. Americans should thus revile and repudiate all federal institutions of Socialism; including but not limited to, Social Security and Medicare.
The Sixteenth Amendment
The Sixteenth Amendment to the Constitution transformed the original American republic into an image, which the nation's founding fathers would have found to be reprehensible. The 16th states in part; "The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes." Moreover, the 16th has been a potent force against our republic, which has placed our nation on the destructive course toward Socialism.
Thirteen founding colonies held the distributed wealth of America and consequently the power. It was from those 13 original colonies that a fledgling, but great republic of 13 states was born. Originally, our United States Government was the cohesive authority; which coordinated, regulated and made the union function. The young federal union was closely knit enough to govern effectively and raise armies, but loose enough to permit a wealth of personal liberties.
But as the union grew to 48 states by 1913, a seemingly innocent power shift occurred. The authority to raise income taxes, by the 16th Amendment, empowered the federal government to change roles from that of good and faithful servant to become the authoritarian master of all state governments. Moreover, strong central control is transmitted through state governments directly onto the backs of all American citizens.
Subsequently by massive federal wealth, Americans soon experienced a wave of ‘wonderful’ socialistic New Deal programs during the 1930’s. One such program was Social Security, which transferred tax money from one group of citizens to another group. However, such anti-American ideals should once again be an individual's responsibility.
Government Social Security benefits include pension income, disability income, spousal income and dependent income. This transfer of wealth is still described with high moral sounding themes and names; but in the final analysis, it's just 'robbing Peter to pay Paul', as the old saying goes. Because FDR and the democrats went down a fool’s road to make perpetual money for their constituents; those born after about 1965 will experience great financial loss and heartbreak, when SS-Ponzi and MC-Ponzi both collapse.
If any American desires to have a new automobile, HD television, or a pack of chewing gum; they have to personally pay real money for such items. Moreover, no gainfully employed American would ever want their hard-earned tax money to buy such items free for anyone. Consequently, it is improper and wrongful thinking for American tax payers to continue paying federal social insurance; because the SS-Ponzi operation will go bust and defraud many Americans from ever drawing a penny.
Moreover if living today, America's founding fathers would undoubtedly find ideas of government social benefits, such as Social Security, to be repugnant. But regretfully in modern times, many can't believe that such activities are immoral and improper; however, hope springs eternal which has resulted in the American Fairhope Retirement Plan.
To limit many similar federal government excesses, let's begin a dialog to repeal the Sixteenth Amendment. Perhaps it would be a good idea for Uncle Sam to come 'hat in hand' and ask the states, "May I have some money, please"?
Ponzi Gambling and Religion
Paying assessed Social Security and Medicare taxes is equivalent to placing bets and holding gambling stakes, in legal games of chance. Federal conscription is utilized to extort such money and compel gambling, in the duo of magnificent casinos, by congressional house rules.
Social Security and Medicare shall ultimately collapse and defraud those who ‘invest’ (gamble) in such schemes (games). Such federal Ponzi operations are games of chance; because of high probabilities (chances) that participants will lose the games (schemes) and become defrauded, as these grand casinos go bust.
It should be realized that most religions abhor gambling and many consider it to be sinful. But if a citizen’s religion despises gambling, the federal government ignores freedom of religion. Consequently a non-facetious and serious theological question arises, as follows.
If a citizen servant is coerced by his government master to Ponzi gamble, is such an American tax slave sinless? Moreover, does forced participation in both Social Security and Medicare violate an American's constitutional freedom of religion? Whereby, faithfully religious American citizens are forced to gamble against their own free will and conscience.
Freeman’s Creed of Seven
Truly Free Americans...
*Covet and protect their United States Constitutional right to bear arms, as provided for by the Second Amendment; which states, "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed".
*Live under a very minimal national and state code of laws, as it once was in the USA. Such free people abhor for the government to continue passing new laws, which limit personal freedom. Moreover, truly responsible free people do not need or desire for the government to invade their personal business.
*Pay a very minimal amount of taxes, as it once was in the USA. Such free people abhor for tax laws to socialistically appropriate "steal" their hard-earned money for benefit of others.
*Use good stewardship to set aside the churches part, save for retirement and take good care of their own families.
*Recognize that all good blessing come from the Lord above and thus they voluntarily give, with a charitable heart, to others who are less fortunate.
*Understand and believe that a good quality of life comes, by their own diligent personal work ethics. The statement "TANSTAAFL", which is otherwise interpreted as, "There Ain't No Such Thing As A Free Lunch"; captures the satirical truth that nothing is "free" in this life. Moreover; another and perhaps unseen person, is working, sacrificing and paying for that apparently "free lunch". (The saying "TANSTAAFL" was popularized by the famous author, Robert A. Heinlein.)
*Allow Capitalism and the free markets to reign in America. Consequently; out with both Socialism and Communism, which is good riddance.
